What Happens When You Make a Sale or Receive an Offer

(For Artists Selling on RealArt4All)

When You Make a Sale:

1. You Receive a Confirmation Email

   • We’ll notify you as soon as someone buys your artwork.

   • The email will include:

     • The buyer’s name and address

     • The title of the artwork sold

     • The agreed price

2. We Confirm Payment

   • The buyer pays through our secure Shopify checkout.

   • Once payment is confirmed, we’ll let you know it’s safe to post the item.

3. Prepare and Package Your Artwork

   • Wrap your piece securely and professionally.

   • Include your name, the title of the artwork, and a thank you note (optional but encouraged).

4. Post the Artwork

   • Send it using a tracked delivery service.

   • You’ll need to cover the postage cost unless agreed otherwise.

5. Send Us the Tracking Number

   • Once posted, email the tracking number and courier name to us.

   • We’ll share it with the buyer to keep them informed.

6. Get Paid

   • Once the buyer receives the artwork, we release your payment.

   • You’ll be paid via your preferred method (bank transfer or PayPal) within 5 working days.

When You Receive an Offer:

1. We Contact You Directly

   • If a buyer makes an offer below your asking price, we’ll email you with the details.

2. You Decide

   • You can choose to accept, decline, or propose a counter-offer.

   • Just reply to our message to let us know.

3. We Handle the Admin

   • If you accept, we’ll update the listing and complete the sale.

   • If not, the listing remains at your original price.

Important Notes:

• We only sell original artwork — no digital prints or AI art.

• Please let us know if your artwork becomes unavailable for any reason.

• Artists are responsible for careful packaging and timely delivery.
